Client: CH&CO

Event: Harvest Feast - A Tribute to British-Grown Autumnal Food

Services Delivered:

  1. Concept Creation: At the heart of it all was ‘Harvest Feast,’ a tribute to the rich bounty of British autumnal produce. Nicole curated a concept that celebrated the vibrancy of locally grown ingredients, emphasising the beauty of seasonal diversity.

  2. Event Management: The orchestration of "Harvest Feast" required 360 management. The team executed each aspect - from coordinating suppliers and timelines to overseeing on-site logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.

  3. Communications: Crafting a compelling story was paramount. We devised a comprehensive communication strategy, teasing the event's highlights pre-launch and sharing captivating post-event content that resonated across platforms and captured the attention of the target audience.

  4. Stationery Design: Every detail was considered. From bespoke invitations that set the tone to elegantly designed name cards, our team ensured that each touchpoint was linked to the event’s theme. The food station menu signage was not just informative, but an extension of the event's aesthetic.

  5. Brand Positioning: ‘Harvest Feast’ provided a unique branding opportunity. We seamlessly integrated the client's brand values into the event's narrative, reaffirming their role as advocates for culinary excellence and sustainability.

  6. Integrated Awareness Campaign: Through a multi-faceted approach, we launched an integrated awareness campaign spanning social media, email marketing, and strategic partnerships, fostering excitement and anticipation among the target audience.

  7. Guest and Talent Management: Attendee satisfaction was a priority. Our team managed invite distribution, guest RSVPs, onsite welcome, offered concierge services, and curated a panel of industry luminaries, including representatives from ‘Love British Food,’ who shared insights into the importance of local produce and sustainability in the events sector.

  8. Stakeholder Collaboration: Our partnership with ‘Love British Food’ exemplified collaboration at its finest. This collaboration not only expanded the event's reach but also added a meaningful philanthropic dimension, resonating with attendees and British food and drink partners alike.

  9. Venue Design & Styling: The venue was transformed into an autumnal wonderland. Our design and styling ensured an immersive experience that visually echoed the season's splendour, complementing the culinary journey.

The pinnacle of the event was the Harvest Feast itself. Beginning with a canapé and English sparkling wine reception, the evening transitioned into insightful talks by key industry experts, including representatives from ‘Love British Food,’ emphasising the significance of British produce and sustainability in the events industry. This paved the way for a sumptuous 5-course menu, expertly paired with exquisite Chapel Down wines, allowing attendees to savour the culmination of British culinary artistry.

The verdict? ‘Harvest Feast’ achieved resounding success. By surpassing the confines of a conventional gathering, the event left an everlasting impression on guests, partners and stakeholders, shaping a memorable experience that resonated deeply.
